I grabbed this in size M and wore it to brunch last weekend with just a white tank underneath. The patchwork plaid panels are exactly what the photos show, and the cinched waist actually gives you shape without feeling tight at all. Got the small in this and it's such a cute shirt. The patchwork detail really does make it look editorial and modern like they said. My one note is that the left pocket seems slightly higher than the right, but honestly only I notice it.
