Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 4.7 / 5 from 234 reviews.

Grabbed the black Jenna in glazed leather and it's legitimately the most structured tote I've owned. The padded handles don't dig into my shoulders even when I'm hauling my laptop and a week's worth of books, and the finish has this subtle shine that looks way more expensive than $59.99.

Joe P. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

Been using the red version for three months now through daily commutes and it's holding up beautifully. The glazed finish means I'm not constantly worried about scratches like I was with my last leather bag, and it actually looks better with age.

Jonathan M. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

The brown Jenna tote is exactly what I needed for my office job. It fits my 15 inch laptop with room to spare, the dual handles are genuinely padded so it doesn't hurt after eight hours of wear, and people keep asking where I got it.

Hazel H. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

The beige caught my eye and I'm obsessed. It goes with everything, the interior is spacious without being floppy, and the structured shape means it actually looks intentional in a meeting instead of like a lumpy grocery bag.

Henry W. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

Most totes wreck my shoulders but the padded straps on this black Jenna actually distribute weight properly. I can throw in my laptop, notebooks, and daily stuff without any strain.

Amanda C. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

Six months in and my brown Jenna looks better than when I bought it. The glazed leather developed this gorgeous patina and the structure hasn't loosened at all even with heavy daily use.

Jerry S. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

The red tote fits everything I need but doesn't have that dumpy oversized feeling. My laptop, wallet, keys, and a couple books all fit with the bag staying compact and shapely.

Jake K. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

Comparing this to a $200 designer tote I tried on and honestly the Jenna competes. The glazed finish is rich, the stitching is clean, and it doesn't feel flimsy at all.

Christopher H. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

This bag is a workhorse. Started using it for weekend errands and it became my everyday bag because the structure keeps everything organized and the handles don't wear out.

Ryan H. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

Dropped my keys on the red Jenna multiple times and there's zero damage. The glazed finish actually does what it promises, which is refreshing for a bag at this price point.

Aaliyah P. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

As someone who commutes with a laptop every day, this bag is non negotiable. The interior layout keeps my stuff accessible, the padded handles don't cut off circulation, and it looks professional in any setting.

Tilly B. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

My beige Jenna has been through packed lunches, spilled coffee, and countless Fridays in the office and the structured silhouette never droops. That's the biggest win for me.

Adam W. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

The weight of this tote tells me it's built to last. The glazed leather feels buttery smooth, the stitching is tight, and the overall construction makes me confident it'll outlast cheaper alternatives.

Chris F. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

The spacious inside of my brown tote keeps everything in place without weird pockets that never get used. My laptop has room, my wallet doesn't get lost, and the structure prevents that annoying item shift.

Russell K. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

I work retail and carry this black bag every shift. The padded straps are the real deal and after eight hours my shoulders aren't screaming like they do with other totes.

Lawrence C. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

This tote has been my daily bag for four months and it's developing character. The glazed finish is showing a natural patina and the color is richer than when I first got it.

Eugene D. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

The brown Jenna punches way above its price tag. The leather quality, the construction, the design all feel intentional and the bag doesn't scream budget friendly.

Bruce J. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

Expected something basic for the price but this red Jenna is genuinely beautiful. The glazed finish catches light, the shape is sophisticated, and the durability seems solid so far.

Gerald S. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

Finally found a tote that fits my 15 inch laptop without looking like a computer case. The black leather is sleek, it holds everything, and I don't feel weird carrying it to client meetings.

Nicholas L. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

This isn't fancy or trendy but it's exactly what a tote should be. Structured, spacious, comfortable to carry, and the brown leather is timeless.

Abigail G. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

This bag has been thrown through gym sessions, work days, and weekend trips and performs flawlessly. The glazed finish keeps it looking polished and the interior stays organized.

Ed B. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

Impulsively bought the red Jenna and it immediately became my favorite bag. The color is bold but the structure keeps it professional, and the padded handles make it actually pleasant to carry.

Yumi F. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

This isn't just a pretty bag, it actually functions perfectly as an everyday tote. Everything fits, nothing shifts around, and the handles are padded enough that I forget I'm carrying it.

Stella P. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

Been looking for a quality tote under a hundred dollars and the Jenna nails it. The brown is rich, the construction is solid, and it handles daily wear without complaint.

Aurora D. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

The shine on this black tote is subtle but noticeable in person. Combined with the structured shape and the quality leather, it looks like a bag someone would have special ordered.

Sofia R. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

Everyone asks where I got my red Jenna and I love recommending it. The color is vibrant, the leather feels substantial, and it's weirdly affordable for how well made it is.

Oliver P. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

I love everything about this tote except that the beige color shows dust more than I'd like. It's not a deal breaker because a quick wipe keeps it looking fresh, but if you want a no maintenance bag the black or brown might be better.

Maya L. 4/5

Jenna Tote Bag

The brown Jenna is beautiful and well made but it took about a week of carrying to loosen up. Now it's perfect but those first few days the leather felt a bit rigid.

Megan B. 4/5

Jenna Tote Bag

This bag is great overall but the metal feet on the bottom feel a little delicate. It's held up fine so far but I wish they were more substantial given how solid the rest of the bag is.

Sam G. 4/5

Jenna Tote Bag

The red Jenna is gorgeous but mine has some natural color variation across the leather which is normal but worth knowing about. It doesn't bother me because it adds character but some people might want a more uniform finish.

Reagan G. 4/5

Jenna Tote Bag

This bag is exactly what I needed for commuting to work. The glazed leather in black looks so polished in meetings, and it fits my 15-inch laptop plus notebooks without getting bulky. The padded handles don't dig into my shoulders even when I'm carrying it all day.

Kennedy S. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

The lustrous finish on this beige tote actually does resist fingerprints and minor scuffs like they claim. I've had it for three months now and it still looks brand new, even though I use it constantly for class and weekend trips.

Madelyn T. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

Love that this bag holds its shape instead of slouching like my old totes. I can fit so much in here, my wallet, keys, sunglasses, water bottle, and two textbooks, but it still looks intentional and organized, not stuffed.

Zoe W. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

Grabbed the red version and it completely elevates my neutral outfits. The color is bold but not overwhelming, and the structured silhouette keeps it looking professional even when I'm just running errands.

Gianna S. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

For under sixty bucks, the leather quality is impressive. It's thick enough to feel durable but soft enough that it's genuinely comfortable to carry. No weird plastic-y smell either, which is a huge plus.

Carter L. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

I have never found a tote that actually fits my laptop without looking ridiculous. The Jenna in brown is the first one that does, and the interior organization keeps everything accessible instead of lost at the bottom.

Jonathan M. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

The brown glazed leather is aging beautifully already. I can see how it's going to develop character over time while staying protected from daily wear. Definitely feels like a bag that'll last years.

Walter V. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

The padded straps on this are genuinely comfortable for all-day wear. I carry it to work five days a week, and my shoulders don't get that ache I used to get with other totes.

Hiro G. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

The beige colorway is way more sophisticated than I expected. It goes with everything in my wardrobe and the glazed finish keeps it from looking dull or chalky like some beige leather can.

Elena W. 5/5

Jenna Tote Bag

The black doesn't show wear at all, which was my main worry. I've been using it for client meetings and casual outings, and it looks pristine every single time.
