I ordered my normal size M and it was just a touch roomy in the shoulders. The jacket itself is adorable though, the pink color is exactly like the photos. I would say size down if you are between sizes.

This jacket is really charming and the yellow color is even prettier in person. The only downside is it wrinkles pretty easily during shipping so mine needed a steam before wearing. Not a dealbreaker at all, still a solid buy for $44.99.
